Traditional Mobile Notary

 Tier 1: $100.00

 Includes the following:   

  • Notarial Act Allowance:  Up to 5 stamps
  • Mileage Allowance:  Up to 50 miles R/T
  • Printing Allowance:  Up to 10 pages
  • Up to 2 Signers
  • FedExp/UPS/USPS Drop Off (Does not include mailing costs)
  • Faxback/Scanback/Secure-Email
  • Same day scheduling, if notary is available
  • Normal Business Hours


Tier 2: $150.00 

 Includes the following:  

  • Notarial Act Allowance:  Up to 8 stamps
  • Mileage Allowance:  Up to 50 miles R/T
  • Printing Allowance:  Up to 20 pages
  • Up to 2 Signers
  • FedExp/UPS/USPS Drop Off (Does not include mailing costs)
  • Faxback/Scanback/Secure-Email
  • Same day scheduling, if notary is available
  • Normal Business Hours

Additional Charges, if Required:

  • Additional Signers:  $25.00/per signer
  • Witnesses (Provided by You): $25.00/Each additional
  • Witnesses (Provided by Me):  $75.00/Each additional
  • FedExp/UPS/USPS Shipping: Actual Cost 
  • Printing, if Required: $ 1.50/per page   
  • Premium Business Hours Appointment: $25.00/per appointment
  • Additional Documents: $25.00/per additional document


The State of Arizona commissions notaries to perform the following notarial acts:

  • Acknowledgements 
  • Jurats
  • Oath or Affirmation
  • Copy Certification


State Regulated Fees:

  • $10.00/per notarial act
  • $ 0.445/per mile (Round Trip)
