There is a minimum charge of $100 to schedule a Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Tier 1: $100.00

Includes the following: 

• Notarial Act Allowance:  Up to 5 stamps
• Maximum File Size: 8 MegaBytes
• Maximum Documents: Two
• ID Verification: 2 Attempts Maximum, 2 signers 
• Credential/Facial Analysis: Valid ID, 2 Signers
• Pre-qualification Tool
• Allotted Time Session: 1 Hour 
• 24-Hour Advanced Notice
• During Normal Business Hours

Tier 2: $150.00

Includes the following: 

• Notarial Act Allowance:  Up to 12 stamps
• Maximum File Size: 16 MegaBytes
• Maximum Documents: 6
• ID Verification: 2 Attempts Maximum, 2 signers 
• Credential/Facial Analysis: Valid ID, 2 Signers
• Pre-qualification Tool
• Allotted Time Session: 1 Hour 
• 24-Hour Advanced Notice
• During Normal Business Hours

The State of Arizona commissions notaries to perform the following notarial acts:

State Regulated Fees:

• $10.00/per notarial act
• $ 0.445/per mile (Round Trip)
